Cooking Class - A Rainbow of Flavor

What You’ll Do

Fill your culinary canvas with vibrant seasonal flavors and colorful produce.

This hands-on cooking class celebrates seasonal cuisine by highlighting colors, flavors and textures in a gourmet menu. Accent rainbow peppercorn steak with mushroom-cognac sauce and brighten your plate with heirloom tomato and peach salad. The chef teaches you to form pastry for roasted carrot and ricotta tarts, then you'll build a berry trifle for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Best was the delicious meal and the kitchen environment. The teaching was uninspiring and very impersonal. I couldn't remember all the cutting techniques when they were presented in one swoop. I had trouble putting the naan dough into the small slit in the hot oven. Why not pull the tray out all the way.
