In this interactive cooking class, you’ll learn timeless methods for infusing meals with French finesse. Follow along with the chef as you prepare strip steak with tangy whole-grain mustard sauce and dress fresh haricots verts salad with homemade shallot vinaigrette. Discover the secrets to crispy golden frites and for dessert, the chef shows you how to make a zesty orange crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Great work by the whole team there at Sur la table - it was an enjoyable experience for all ages (note that Chef Eric was not the one running this but the chef who did was also very kind / helpful)
