What’s better than cake? Cake on a stick! Join Chef Dawn as she uses her years of cake making experience to teach kids how to decorate cake pops.
If you have a kid who is a big fan of sweets and likes to be hands-on in the kitchen, this is the perfect class for them. Chef Dawn will teach your child the secrets behind making the perfect cake pops for a party, to bring to a bake sale, or to keep all for themselves! They will have the choice of chocolate or vanilla and will be able to get creative with sprinkles, sugars, chocolate drizzles, and coconut shavings as a garnish.
Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

Chef Dawn’s decorating classes are often sold out and it’s easy to see why. She has such a fun and easy way of explaining cake decorating that it takes away the worry, leaving just the pure fun. From fondant to airbrushing the whole class is just super fun for everyone, old and young. Plus you are welcome to bring your own wine and cheese! Awesome event.

I am passionate about the sugar arts and eager to share the excitement and intrigue of cake making. Having acquired my skills over the years through extensive hands-on experience I have a fun and innovative approach to teaching. I am a respected authority in the community, serving on the Culinary and Baking Arts Advisory Board and I take in interns from many schools. I live to share and inspire in my own 'sweet' way.
