This course will guide you through the process of keeping a balanced diet while maintaining the busy lifestyle that Los Angeles is known for. Chef Ryan has over 20 years of experience and enjoys sharing his passion for cuisine in a friendly and intimidation-free environment.
For your first dish, you will learn to assemble a zesty and nutritious farmer’s market salad, followed by succulent oven roasted vegetables. Continue by preparing a delectable quinoa stuffed bell pepper. For dessert, enjoy a decadent fresh fruit and lemon curd tartlette.
