Enjoy a class that is both informative and immersive as you take a trip to your local farmer’s market to pick the choicest of ingredients to create savory meals. This course will guide you through the process of keeping a balanced diet while maintaining the busy lifestyle that Los Angeles is known for. Chef Ryan has over 20 years of experience and enjoys sharing his passion for cuisine in a friendly and intimidation-free environment.
For your first dish, you will learn to assemble a zesty and nutritious farmer’s market salad, followed by succulent oven roasted vegetables. Continue by preparing a delectable quinoa stuffed bell pepper. For dessert, enjoy a decadent fresh fruit and lemon curd tartlette.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Travels to You
I am a Chef, Pastry Chef, and Chocolatier with over 20 years of culinary experience working throughout the country. I also have extensive experience as a food stylist for the Food Network and an annual role as onsite Operations Manager in Culinary Development at the Super Bowl. I have cooked for President Clinton three times, and have been invited on three separate occasions to the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.
