Cake pops involved more than just putting cake on a stick, and Chef Dawn will walk you through all of the steps. From forming their shape to decorating them, by the end of this class you’re be a cake pop expert! Choose from chocolate and vanilla cake, and decorate until your heart’s content with sprinkles, different sugars, coconut shavings or a chocolate drizzle.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dawn’s decorating classes are often sold out and it’s easy to see why. She has such a fun and easy way of explaining cake decorating that it takes away the worry, leaving just the pure fun. From fondant to airbrushing the whole class is just super fun for everyone, old and young. Plus you are welcome to bring your own wine and cheese! Awesome event.

I am passionate about the sugar arts and eager to share the excitement and intrigue of cake making. Having acquired my skills over the years through extensive hands-on experience I have a fun and innovative approach to teaching. I am a respected authority in the community, serving on the Culinary and Baking Arts Advisory Board and I take in interns from many schools. I live to share and inspire in my own 'sweet' way.
