Transport yourself to an Italian countryside kitchen in this cooking class as you explore rustic flavors and traditional techniques. You will master the art of creating a tangy, buttery chicken dish, perfect your polenta-making skills and bring out the best in asparagus with a luxurious truffle twist. For dessert, you will craft a velvety butterscotch budino with an irresistible salty-sweet finish. This class celebrates the heart and soul of Italian cooking—simple, seasonal and made to be shared.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
