Cooking Class - Global Cuisines - Teen Chefs Series

What You’ll Do

Teens will explore Chinese, American, Italian and Bavarian cuisines through hands-on cooking.

This cooking class series lets teens explore popular global cuisines while building confidence in the kitchen. Day one begins with Chinese favorites, including BBQ pork buns, sesame noodles and pineapple-lime sorbet. On day two, they'll master American classics like cheeseburger macaroni and veggie tots. Day three brings Italian delights, from homemade pasta and chicken meatballs to cannoli dip. Finally, day four wraps up with Bavarian bites featuring schnitzel and spaetzle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
