What You'll Do

Explore French classics with this menu filled with iconic dishes everyone enjoys.

Indulge in a sophisticated yet comforting French meal with this hands-on cooking class. Begin with a tender strip steak, perfectly complemented by a rich whole-grain mustard sauce. Prepare crisp haricots verts dressed in a fragrant shallot vinaigrette. The steak is paired with crispy sweet potato frites for a balance of savory and sweet. End on a sweet note with a velvety coffee crème brûlée for a perfect, indulgent finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

Chef Paul was great, detail oriented and answered my questions that had nothing to do with donuts. My nephew and I had a wonderful time. I love the open, bright kitchen and will be back to attend other classes for sure.

My goal was to see the ingredients and cooking methods, as I cook several cuisine already and want to add Thai to my list. The dishes were very tasty and I was able to get a good idea of the ingredients and methods!

3 different types of dumplings! It was a great experience!
