What You’ll Do

Master French classics from onion soup and Roquefort butter to roasted strawberries with crème fraîche.

Embark on a delicious journey through classic French cuisine with this hands-on cooking class. You’ll master a rich French onion soup, a tender herb-marinated steak with Roquefort compound butter and a fresh frisée salad with warm goat cheese and Champagne-shallot vinaigrette. For dessert, enjoy something sweet and tangy: roasted strawberries with honey crème fraîche and oat crumble. By the end, you’ll be equipped to recreate this elegant meal at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised, but at sur la table. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.
