What You'll Do

Master French cooking with classic dishes that reflect the elegance of French dining.

The world of French cooking is both rustic and refined and this cooking class will help you appreciate both approaches. You will begin by perfecting a classic French onion soup, then create a crisp frisée salad topped with warm goat cheese. Learn to cook an herb-marinated steak to perfection, finishing it with rich Roquefort butter. For dessert, prepare roasted strawberries with honey crème fraîche and oat crumble—a sweet, simple and sophisticated ending to a delicious French meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
