Cooking Class - Bread Market Menu

What You’ll Do

Jump on the bread baking bandwagon.

Join an esteemed baker for this cooking class focused on sweet, fluffy and crunchy bread varieties. You'll learn handy techniques for mixing, folding and shaping dough into a trio of bread recipes. Begin by making homemade white bread. Next is cinnamon raisin bread. Finally, prepare whole wheat country bread infused with olives and rosemary. Make homemade salted butter to top your creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.

Chicken tenders, Mac and cheese and banana splits!!!! It was fun AND educational!! My only disappointment is that we couldn’t take our leftovers home. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and me!!!
