Chef Bruce is an amazing chef and I can only speak highly of him. We booked his cooking class with a few friends in Seattle and really enjoyed it. We had a great meal, learned a lot about different techniques, and were also entertained the entire time. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fun and educational cooking class in Seattle.

We took this French cooking class with Chef Bruce in Seattle and loved it! The entire experience was an absolute dream. His teaching style is more demonstrational in nature and we didn’t mind one bit. We were able to witness our french meal being crafted and cooked - the appetizer was a mint zucchini soup with the most luscious and delightful taste and texture (no cream), fresh crayfish, shellfish, and fish set in a chanterelles sauce and set in abalone shells, followed by apricot shiso mint sorbet. Our chef was modest and very warm. Special thanks to Cozymeal for a very memorable experience. I highly recommend them for a special occasion or a night out.

Our Cozymeal evening was spent with Chef Bruce, the former owner of a famous Seattle restaurant. If you haven't come across him or his cooking before, you are in for a real treat and education. This man is the real deal. Chef Bruce guided us through the preparation of zucchini mint soup, a seafood dish that was extraordinary, and an amazing apricot sorbet. He shared French cooking techniques, and how to use flavor to create incredible dishes. I learned a great deal from him. It was a very memorable night and I loved learning some cooking skills! I absolutely loved the atmosphere created by the team. It's not only fun but it's casual and YOU GET TO PREPARE AND EAT GOURMET FOOD! I recommend it as a team building activity for businesses, as well as a get together among friends or even a date night. It was truly memorable, and an A+ experience! I'm so glad that Cozymeal finally came to Seattle!!!
