Cooking Class - La Comida Cubana

What You’ll Do

Let the flavors of Cuba shine in this bright and tropical culinary session.

Transport yourself to bright and sunny Cuba with this immersive cooking class. You will learn to create a traditional grilled pork dish featuring zingy marinated onions. You will also perfect the art of deep frying tostones (fried plantains) to be topped with a fresh salsa of avocado and ripe mango. No Cuban meal would be complete without rice and beans and, of course, flan to top it all off.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
