Learn to prepare and roll fresh California and vegetable sushi in this hands-on class.
Master the art of sushi-making with Chef Quinneka in this hands-on cooking class. Start by learning essential knife skills to slice fresh ingredients like avocado, cucumber and mango. Then, prepare traditional seasoned sushi rice and spread it across nori sheets. Craft a classic California roll with avocado, cucumber and surimi, followed by a vibrant vegetable roll with mango and cucumber. Chef Quinneka will guide you through professional rolling techniques before slicing your sushi into perfect bite-sized pieces. Enjoy your handmade sushi feast while honing skills you can use at home.
