Join this hands-on lesson to bake traditional breads like focaccia, soda bread and pesto rolls.

Are you enthusiastic about baking? Rise (literally) in this hands-on cooking class where you’ll master making focaccia, Irish soda bread and pesto rolls—breads so delicious they’ll sneak their way into every meal and picnic. You’ll learn the secrets behind perfecting texture, flavor and presentation, turning your kitchen into a bread lover’s paradise!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

Jess was a great baker/teacher today. We were only 2 students, which made instruction very personal, we could ask all the questions we had as we went along. I enjoyed this experience so much that I signed up for a the Classic Croissant class in two months. Thank you so much, Jess, for sharing your expertise.

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
