What You’ll Do

Learn authentic Spanish cooking techniques while preparing a savory feast and a decadent dessert.

Embark on a culinary adventure through Spain in this dynamic, hands-on cooking class. Begin by crafting succulent roasted pork loin with tangy romesco sauce, perfectly seasoned roasted potatoes with Spanish paprika, orange and fennel and a flavorful black olive salad. To top it all off, indulge in a luxurious olive oil ice cream with Marcona almonds and shaved chocolate for a sweet Spanish finale.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.
