Chef was super friendly and very talented! The food was fantastic! However, he did not serve dishes to the table, and did not wash all dishes after. The leftover mess took more than an hour to clear. For large groups, he would need a sous chef

Excellent meal. Cleanup incomplete. Stoivetop not wiped down dirty dishes and pan in sink because they didn't fit in dishwasher. Floor dirty. Chef was at end of very long day but I suggest having chef arrive 2 hours or more before serving food and staying to clean kitchen. If I do this again it will not be at home but in Chef kitchen.

I purchased this meal experience for my friend's birthday. My bestie is sensitive to dairy, so Chef Perez custom-designed a menu with her in mind. We had an amazing meal (with the Spiced Red Wine Poached Pears being the absolute highlight) and learned some knife/cooking skills throughout the night. Can't wait to get the recipes, so we can try these dishes out with our family/friends!
