We had the best time with Chef Perez. My 4 teenage girls loved all the skills they learned. Some kids try cooking on their own and just one bad experience leaves them not wanting to ever try again. With this amazing Chef these girls gained confidence, and skills to last a lifetime. Chef was so patient with the girls, teaching them knife skills, to slice anything from bread to tomatoes, herbs and more. He would guide each one so they were confident to keep trying til they were finally getting the skill down. They learned to make define custard, grate lemons, make homemade salad dressing with homemade croutons -Fresh pasta, running their dough through the pasta maker, they loved it.
Highly recommend Chef Perez, truly gifted Chef and teacher and patient!

Had a nice time making a fresh pasta dish with Chef Perez. The food turned out very good and had some leftovers as well.

Chef Perez offered a creative, fun, and informative way to improve my cooking skills while making a beautiful multi-course meal in my home. I learned about caring for my knives, leveled up my knife skills, and experimented with new flavors. I am so excited to continue practicing and growing as a home cook with these new tips and tricks, and I’ll be signing up to learn from him again. Highly recommend this class.

Chef Perez is wonderful! We would him book again! Very down to earth! His attitude was great! Outstanding attention to detail and excellent food/customer service! Lastly our food was delicious we are stuffed!
