Cooking Class - Knife Skills for Slicing and Dicing

What You’ll Do

Enhance knife techniques and create flavorful dishes with precision, confidence and lasting skills.

Mastering knife techniques is essential in any cooking class and this one delivers. Develop skills like precise dicing, perfect julienne cuts and efficient slicing to tackle any ingredient with confidence. You’ll also learn how to sharpen and care for your knife for long-lasting performance. Prepare dishes like marinated cucumber salad, rice paper fresh rolls, ginger chicken scallion lo mein and green tea ice cream with orange supremes. Plus, take home an epicurean nonslip cutting board.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We got to work with Chef Corie, and it was great! The food was delicious, the instructions easy to follow and understand, and me and my friend had a wonderful time!

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.
