Embark on a culinary journey through coastal France in this immersive cooking class. Explore the flavors of Provence by preparing pan-roasted steak with saffron aioli, a tomato, cucumber and chèvre salad with preserved lemon vinaigrette and Provençal marinated olives. Complete the menu with blueberry clafoutis, a traditional French dessert boasting a custard-like texture. This hands-on experience brings authentic French techniques and vibrant flavors to your kitchen, offering a taste of coastal sophistication.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The food was terrific but the class was not very interactive. We stood around watching the chef cut and mix ingredients. Definitely wanted a more hands on experience. Additionally, the chef said he would email the recipes and we have yet to receive them 4 days later.

We got to work with Chef Corie, and it was great! The food was delicious, the instructions easy to follow and understand, and me and my friend had a wonderful time!
