Learn to harness the subtle flavors of fresh & dried herbs
If the confusing array of herbs and spices available leaves you wondering what to use when, you are not alone. Even the most experienced cook finds it difficult to balance the flavors of herbs & spices. In this hands-on class Chef Gwyn will help you create three delicious dishes using both fresh and dried herbs and spices and you’ll leave with a new sense of confidence and creativity.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
If your class is under the minimum, Chef Gwyn is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

I took this class with chef Gwyn and really enjoyed it. We learned how to make a delicious grilled chicken, enjoyed healthy vegetables and finished with a very tasty dessert. We really liked her so that we decided to book her for our private cooking class event two days later. Thank you Chef Gwyn for hosting us at your beautiful venue for a fun cooking class.

I have been cooking and writing about food for more than 25 years. Although I have worked in numerous B&Bs, country inns, and country clubs my passion is teaching people how to cook healthy, delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients that feed not just the body but the soul.
