What You’ll Do

Live large with a bold feast of New Orleans-inspired dishes.

At this cool cooking class, you’ll take a laid-back look at some classic dishes inspired by the Big Easy. Led by a pro chef, you’ll fry popcorn shrimp to serve with Bloody Mary aioli and learn how to make an iconic sausage gumbo with dirty rice. Finally, add some fireworks with fiery bananas Foster.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
