Cooking Class - Easy Peasy Pasta From Scratch

What You’ll Do

Add a new string to your culinary repertoire at a pasta-focused session.

In this interactive cooking class, you’ll discover the techniques and a few tricks to make pasta from scratch. An expert will teach you how to mix dough, shape and roll into pasta so you get perfect results every time. You’ll also cook up fresh sauces to go alongside and a fresh side salad.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Still looking for the recipes. Chef missed opportunity to demonstrate the checking of the meat temperature. I would have used lemon zest in the risotto to enhance lemon flavor
