What You’ll Do

Spend quality time together at a couple’s class learning to cook wine-infused dishes.

Let two classic ingredients, wine and steak, share the spotlight in this practical cooking class. Follow along with the chef tutor to sear the steak, make a rosé sauce and prepare butter-glazed radishes. Then, toast with a Prosecco sabayon served with berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
