Learn how to prepare the classic croissant dough and create irresistible savory bacon & gruyère croissants, as well as indulgent dark chocolate almond croissants. With expert guidance, you’ll perfect the technique for shaping, filling and baking your pastries, ensuring a flawless outcome every time.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I participated with my team from work as a team building event. Chef Amjad is knowledgeable and kept the class fun and entertaining. The food was excellent, and the team had a great time working together to prepare the meal. Definitely recommend taking any of his cooking classes!
