Cooking Class - Signature French Croissants

What You’ll Do

Create custom croissants inspired by your favorite flavors with skills learned in this hands-on lesson.

This in-depth cooking class focuses on the essential methods for crafting signature French croissants. With guidance from the chef, you’ll master the art of laminated dough, the foundation of flaky, golden croissants. Create sweet and savory variations on the classic with flavor enhancements like bacon and Gruyère cheese or dark chocolate and almonds.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Anne was amazing. She made making croissants fun and exciting! She had fun stories and gave us LOTS of information regarding cooking and especially bread. I liked the way she taught the class.

Chef was NOT Christopher. Ingredients on menu were not available as advertised (yet they were in available in local store). This should’ve been disclosed the day before so we could reschedule. Chef was not very personable and did not seem to know the menu well. No chairs for sitting if needed and counter was too high (does not accommodate for disabilities under ADA).
