Get warm in the kitchen this winter by joining a fine French winter feast cooking class. Under the expert guidance of a five-star chef, you will learn how to perfectly pan-roast chicken breasts with whole-grain mustard, leeks and tarragon. Next, you'll prepare French onion soup crostini and a salad verte with a mustard dressing. End of a bittersweet note with chocolate and orange mousse.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
