What You’ll Do

Watch your little chefs create holiday treats while learning essential baking skills and kitchen safety.

Kids aged 7-11 will experience five days of holiday fun in this hands-on baking series. From learning to measure ingredients to decorating beautiful seasonal treats, they’ll practice essential skills that build confidence in the kitchen. After the final session, each student receives a recipe menu and certificate.

Meet your chef


Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

The Thai dinner. Learned to crush lemon grass when using it. Learned that I am working "too hard" when I'm chopping veggies. Enjoyable experience!
