Cooking Class - Junior Baking Adventure Begins

What You’ll Do

A hands-on cooking journey where kids learn baking techniques, food prep, and safety.

This exciting cooking class, designed for ages 7-11, will help kids become creative chefs! Over a fun, hands-on series, young bakers will mix the batter, knead the dough, decorate cookies, and more. Each session covers essential baking techniques, food prep skills, and kitchen safety practices. Little chefs will gain confidence in the kitchen while learning valuable skills. At the end of the series, every participant takes home a printed menu and a special graduation certificate to celebrate their culinary achievements.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef D.C. Bland brings over 42 years of culinary expertise, having worked as a line cook and executive chef in various esteemed kitchens. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a recent Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship, Chef D.C. Bland combines classic training with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Known for his commitment to quality and creativity, he brings warmth and skill to every dish. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys sailing, playing bass guitar at his church and golfing.
