Cooking Class - Enriched Dough Masterclass

What You’ll Do

Enrich your kitchen knowhow by mastering recipes made with enriched dough.

At this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the skills needed to produce sweet and savory croissants and enriched doughs. Following step-by-step with the tutor, you’ll use a laminated dough to create Kouign-Amann, a buttery pastry that’s popular in Brittany, chocolate hazelnut cream croissants and cheddar croissants sprinkled with a dash of everything bagel seasoning.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was great, however we never received the recipes for the pastas and the sauces.
