Cooking Class - Lunar New Year Traditions

What You'll Do

Create a wok-fried feast to ring in the new year.

This interactive cooking class hopes to bring good fortune as you explore culinary traditions to celebrate lunar new year. Your world-class instructor teaches you to fill and fold chicken and chive dumplings. Then, fire up the wok to make stir-fried long-life noodles with vegetables and wok-fried green beans. Round out the feast with mandarin orange sorbet.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My grandson and I participated in the festive breakfast. It was our first time doing a class. It was above our expectations. The head chef was awesome. She explained everything so the kids understood and personable.
