all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.

Explore the classic flavors of an Italian steakhouse in this exciting cooking class. Learn to make gourmet dishes from a top-notch chef in a fun, educational environment. Master new skills such as searing steak, forming gnocchi and chopping fresh vegetables while cooking through a multi-course meal. Start with a light arugula salad tossed with zesty lemon-parmesan dressing. For the main course prepare succulent strip steak topped with Chianti pan sauce and potato gnocchi with walnut pesto, lemon and goat cheese. End your class with classic Butterscotch budino with olive oil and sea salt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
