Learn how to use one chicken to create three delectable meals and your own homemade bone broth, a luscious health elixir embraced by nutritionists and fellow food lovers. Chef V is a trained chef and educator who uses her knowledge of waste-free cooking to create fresh, simple meals that you can easily incorporate into your culinary repertoire.
Class begins with a lesson on Chef V’s techniques for a perfectly roasted chicken, packed with flavorful fresh herbs. The tender, herbed chicken becomes the backbone of two exquisite meals: warm chicken tacos and a modern, dairy-free spin on the classic Waldorf salad. Create a simple mixed green salad and a fresh fruit salad, both bursting with seasonal produce. This healthy, nourishing menu ends with a guided lesson on how to make homemade bone broth from the chicken’s bones.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef V was welcoming, down to earth and made the class fun and productive. She has great ideas and even though I like to think I know my way around the kitchen, she definitely taught me new things. More importantly, the food we made was as delicious as it was healthy.

Meet your chef
Chef V comes from a long line of excellent Italian cooks and has been in the kitchen as long as she can remember. She lives a Paleo and Keto lifestyle, and creates vibrant dishes that taste and look like those from her Italian roots. She is the founder of an award-winning Paleo brand and is a TEDx speaker. Chef V uses organic fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish in her cooking when able, with no gluten, grains, legumes, refined sugar or dairy in sight.
