Cooking Class - International Holiday Feast

What You’ll Do

Get set for the holidays by learning how to make a feast of global favorites.

Full of helpful kitchen knowhow, this cooking class will give you the skills to make a menu of international classics. You’ll start with pepper-crusted prime rib with horseradish crème fraîche, and serve with latkes and a salad of arugula and pomegranate. Then, you’ll finish with an innovative dessert of sweet potato pie bars.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
