To complete the meal, you'll prepare a delightful dessert of poached pears in red wine, showcasing the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Chef Washington and Jane were absolutely fantastic — not only was the food amazing, but they were so committed to making us feel at home, teaching as we cooked, and engaging us in conversation. Big plus, their home is immaculate.

What a wonderful experience!! Great food and especially Chef Larson!! Instructions! We really enjoyed learning about making risotto and the pork was delicious! Definitely recommend!!
