What You’ll Do

Indulge in the Buttery Goodness of Croissants.

In this cooking class, participants will elevate their baking skills and impress friends with homemade croissants. Learn to craft buttery, flaky croissants filled with savory roasted leeks and Gruyère cheese, or encase rich dark chocolate for a classic Pain au Chocolat. With guidance from an expert chef, attendees will master the techniques needed to achieve the perfect balance of flakiness and flavor, creating truly irresistible pastries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
