What You'll Do

Treat your date to an intimate homecooked meal in this cooking class.

Spoil your loved one by making some memories in the kitchen and preparing a meal in this date night an intimate Italian meal cooking class. In this hands-on class, you and your date will be guided by a top-rated chef on making some fresh pasta from scratch. Practice mixing, rolling and cutting the pasta which, will be paired with a shrimp scampi. End the meal with poached pears in white wine.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

The class was so much fun. This was a birthday gift for my partner. He loves cooking. You could see his excitement, that he even spell my name wrong on our name tags. He was so intrigued by the class. He would love to do other classes in the future. Plus, he told me, if he has the right equipment, he would make fresh pasta. I'm definitely buying that.

My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make pasta together, they got some quality time together in the process, and I now have a new pasta attachment for my KitchenAid because they were both inspired to make more pasta at home. Thank you for the easy-to-follow, fun class!

I participated with my team from work as a team building event. Chef Amjad is knowledgeable and kept the class fun and entertaining. The food was excellent, and the team had a great time working together to prepare the meal. Definitely recommend taking any of his cooking classes!

Chef Trisha was excellent! She was funny, patient, knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I shared this wonderful dinner experience of learning about ingredients, how to prepare a French inspired meal with others from the community. At end we all were able to partake in what our hands had created. Definitely a memorable experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at ravioli class. Chef taught at a perfect pace, was inclusive, warm and welcoming- and had some great tips- some he illustrated with speech and multiple picked up with simple observation. A fantastic teacher.

So fun! Emily was an awesome teacher. There were 9 of us in the class and we each were able to make portions of the meal. All of us rolled out and assembled the 2 pastas we made. The meal was delicious!

We were very pleased with our cooking class experience with Chef Amjad. He created a fun, hands-on learning environment - that helped some out of their comfort zone - but with skilled guidance was able to help all complete each task to complete the meal. If you've never tried tried this kind of experience I encourage you to do so with Chef Amjad.

This class exceeded my expectations. I'm nervous about cooking, but Chef Ajmad was a great instructor. He explained everything, tools, processes, and made me feel like I was part of the cooking experience.
