What You’ll Do

Thanksgiving classics get a contemporary refresh with this innovative holiday menu.

This holiday-themed cooking class re-imagines the traditional harvest feast with gourmet techniques and global flavors. The main course is elegant Turchetta, a rolled turkey breast filled with stuffing and prosciutto inspired by Italian porchetta. The chef also shares expert tips for elevating signature sides along with a delightful seasonal dessert: miniature pecan pies spiked with bourbon.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

While we enjoyed some of the class and the chef was friendly. She gave very vague instructions and a good amount of the preparation was done before the class started. We never received the recipes for the meals we prepared either. Felt the price didn't match the experience.

I attended this cooking class with my boyfriend and we had a great time! We got this as a gift from family and are so happy we finally used it on the Tuscany class! Make the most of it, learn some tips and tricks, and talk with the Chef and fellow classmates!
