Learn a variety of professional cooking skills and techniques in time for Thanksgiving
This immersive cooking class focuses on learning professional cooking skills that can be used across a range of dishes. Master herb brining and roasting poultry and create smooth mashed potatoes and lump-free gravy. You'll end the class with a sweet Pumpkin Crème Brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.
