Have a romantic steakhouse dinner with someone you love.
In this special date night cooking class, you and your partner will work together to create a 5-star steakhouse meal. From a classic shrimp cocktail to a crisp Caesar salad, a fully-loaded baked potato and — of course —a perfectly cooked steak, this date night is one you won’t soon forget.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

While Chef Michael is very knowledgeable (which is why I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1), it was frustrating that almost nothing was that hands on and everything was done for us in advance. I wish I could get a refund or credit to try a different class because nothing new was learned and the only thing my partner did was break lettuce in half, when this was a surprise birthday gift for him. We both were disappointed. The only thing I did was cut parsley and mix butter. I would have loved to go back and try a new course, but I spent $200 on this one and really regret it. If I could sign up for a different course, my mind would maybe change but as of now, I don't recommend spending that much money unless there's a guarantee that it's hands on.

Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
