Learn how to make a stuffed pasta dish in this cooking class

Up your skills in the kitchen by joining this fresh ravioli meal cooking class. A gourmet chef will show you how to make two types of stuffed pasta: butternut squash with a rich cider cream sauce and a delicious three cheese with pancetta and tangy tomato sauce. Start by learning how to mix up some pasta dough and shape it into that classic ravioli shape. Stuff your pasta and then cook.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric and team were so fun and helpful. Great class environment and we learned a ton. Definitely making plans to come back for another class in the future!

instructor (not Eric) was great, except she talked way too fast. Biggest complaint is that the dishes were all far too salty. This wasn’t because of salt we added, but because of the premixed items provided to us. It’s especially concerning since we brought my 87 year old father, who has a serious heart condition. I am almost positive that I mentioned his special dietary requirement when making the reservation.
