Cooking Class - Ukrainian-Style Pierogi Dumplings

Start with a fresh, yet hearty salad before practicing the art of pierogi (also known as pirohy or varenyky). Learn to craft a potato version paired with kielbasa, grilled onions, mushrooms and sour cream. Then, apply your new skills for a dessert of a sweet, fruity cream cheese-filled interpretation of the beloved dumplings.
