Your expert chef instructor will also guide you through caramelizing sugar in cast iron to create a crunchy hazelnut brittle topped luscious panna cotta. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
