Savor the process of baking while creating seasonal masterpieces.
Join this fall baking cooking class and immerse yourself in the season's aromatic wonders. Master the art of crafting flawless tart dough, creating luscious chocolate ganache and baking a delightful autumn-inspired upside-down cake. Learn the technique of cutting butter into flour to achieve perfectly flaky, savory scones. Experience the hands-on joy and simplicity of fall baking.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Anne was amazing. We had so much fun and enjoyed all the information she shared about baking bread and other classes. The ham and cheese as well as the almond croissants were delicious. Chef Anne broke down the steps into to easy, understandable steps. I look forward to trying on my own. Thanks for a wonderful morning.

The resident chefs were awesome! So welcoming and friendly. The kitchen space was bright, clean, and perfect for a group cooking setting. The chefs walked through each step, explained everything in detail, and always took the time to answer any questions we had. They also showed us a lot of neat little tips and tricks that we will definitely take back and apply when cooking at home. Great experience and cannot wait to do another class soon!

The finished product really wasn't all that good and the chef seemed a bit overwhelmed the whole time, but my kiddo had a good time which was the goal. I'd do it again.

Overall the class was great! Everything was set up and organized for us when we showed up and flowed easily. We were in a group of 4 (myself and friend were paired with 2 others) but we each were able to take part in each step of the process (for better for worse). The end product was tasty! I feel like I could do the process at home if I choose to, no longer intimidated by it.

Class started 15 minutes late. Recipes were good. Way too many people. We had 8 people around our table.

The class and instructor were good. My only criticism is that I think too much is packed into the activity so you don't really do a full start-to-finish, hands-on recipe. And it would be great if the recipes were a chef favorite or the chef's master recipe so they don't rely on reading every single step.

Fun class, nice informative chef. The problem is that they did not send out the recipes of the meals we prepared. They said this was going to happen. I checked my spam folder.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
