Cooking Class - Moroccan Cuisine with Aromatic Spice Infusions

What You’ll Do

Savor the delicate flavors of Moroccan cuisine in this aromatic cooking class with international inspirations.

Experience the vibrant tastes of Moroccan cuisine in an engaging cooking class, blending Spanish, French, Middle Eastern and African culinary influences. In this interactive session, work with a five-star chef and make chicken tagine, cooked in a cone-shaped pot. With aromatic spices and fresh herbs, you'll also build two divine side dishes: couscous and carrot salad. Wrap up the class by crafting Mhencha, a delicate and flaky almond paste pastry.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was absolutely an amazing experience and memorable date night for me and my husband. The Chef was great and fresh ingredients food was an explosion of flavor. Can't wait to try another class.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
