What You’ll Do

Start your fall baking with the spectacular classics featured in this session.

Nothing brings the warmth of fall into your kitchen quite as completely as the homemade loaves you'll make in this soothing cooking class. Discover the joy of handcrafted focaccia dressed with rosemary and roasted garlic, create mini-baguettes meant to be adored and craft crostini topped with a rich whipped ricotta and honey spread.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job, only mistake not matching the crème anglaise with the chocolate soufflé but you covered for it. We had a great time!

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.
