Cooking Class - Northern Italian Comfort Food
Savor a selection of delectable Italian dishes.
Recreate the flavors of Northern Italy during this hands-on cooking class. With a seasoned chef by your side, you'll craft a delectable feast while learning new, impressive techniques. Start by braising veal shanks to make an Osso Buco that falls off the bone, then pair your main course with a rich garlic and mascarpone cheese polenta. Finally, prepare a stunning dessert featuring amaretti cookies.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.
