Create a delicious surf and turf but Tuscan style in this cooking class.
Tuscan food is known for its bold and delicious flavors and in this cooking class, you will master this style of cooking. A gourmet chef will teach you how to cook with cast iron to get the perfect sear on your tender steak and to make a rich seafood risotto. You'll even use the cast iron to caramelize sugar for a hazelnut brittle topping for our panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
