Cooking Class - The Art of Rustic Home-Baked Bread

Learn how to bake the perfect rustic homemade bread from scratch.

Learn how to work with yeast by joining this home-baked bread cooking class. Let the professional chef guide you on how to bake rustic baguettes and focaccia using the time-honored techniques of the masters. You will develop the kneading and bread-rising skills to achieve the perfect loaf every time. To finish off, make crostini from your baguette and homemade basil oil. Simply delicious.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!
