Join this date night Italian cooking class for an evening of romance. Let an expert chef show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a delicious meal for two. Together, you will master the art of proper braising techniques, the steps to make creamy polenta and a homemade vinaigrette to dress a side salad. End the evening with a decadent, creamy dessert perfect for cooler autumn evenings.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
